NEER cinematographer Maddy Talias accepted into ASC Mentorship Program
To me, the ASC Mentorship program means a lot of new connections and learning possibilities. Above all, this is a validation from the ASC that I deserve to be a part of the program. It is huge.
My mentor is Ava Berkofsky. I was hoping that I might be paired up with them. I look up to them not only on a career level but a personal level.
How do they balance their personal life with this booming career? I am curious to talk to Ava about it all.
Personally, I feel I am in a period of growth. That wanting to know more is what fueled me to apply for the mentorship program. I think there is no better way to learn than from someone else’s first hand experience. So, I thank the ASC for this terrific program.
